These terms cover what you can buy on this site. Consulting, coaching, and speaking engagements are governed by the written agreement for each engagement, which takes precedence over anything here.

Who you are dealing with

judsonrollins.com is operated by Propel Solutions B.V., registered in the Netherlands (KVK 83903364, VAT NL863027416B01), Singel 126, 1015 AE Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Questions about an order or a payment: email hello@judsonrollins.com. You’ll hear back within two working days.

Prices and VAT

Service prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added where it applies. Signed-copy prices include VAT and shipping. All prices are in the currency shown at checkout.

The Fee Leakage Diagnostic

The diagnostic is €2,000, £1,750, or $2,250, excluding VAT where it applies, paid in full when you book. It is sold to businesses.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before you send your billing data. Once I’ve received your data, the work has started and the fee is non-refundable. If I haven’t received your data within 30 days of booking, I’ll refund the fee in full and release your slot.

If I don’t deliver the findings memo and the repriced structure within ten working days of receiving your complete billing data, you choose: a full refund, or the deliverables at no further charge when they’re ready.

If you proceed to a Pricing Reinvention Sprint within 60 days, the full fee is credited against it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within ten working days.

Signed copies of the book

Signed copies ship from Amsterdam within five working days of your order, by PostNL. Prices include shipping: €39.95 in the Netherlands, €44.95 elsewhere in the EU. For other countries, email hello@judsonrollins.com for a quote before ordering.

Each copy is signed and inscribed to the person you name at checkout, so it can’t be resold and I don’t accept returns for a change of mind. If your copy arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within 28 calendar days of dispatch, email hello@judsonrollins.com and I’ll send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe or Revolut on their own secure checkout pages. I never see or store your full card details. See the privacy policy for what I do keep and why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
