Last updated: October 20, 2026
This website, judsonrollins.com, is operated by Propel Solutions B.V., registered in the Netherlands (KVK 83903364), Singel 126, 1015 AE Amsterdam. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.
We’ve tried to write this in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to hello@judsonrollins.com and you’ll get a straight answer.
What we collect, and why
When you subscribe to email updates or request the free tools. We collect your email address, and your name if you provide it. We use it to send you the content you asked for and occasional notes on pricing and positioning. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
When you book a call. Our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, the time you choose, and anything you write in the booking form. We use this to hold the call and prepare for it. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
When you buy a signed copy of the book or pay for a service. Payments are processed by the payment providers listed below. We never see or store your full card details. We receive confirmation of payment, your name, your email address, and, for a signed copy, your shipping address, which we keep for accounting and tax purposes and to post the book. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and our legal obligations under Dutch tax law.
When you email us or send a message through the site. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any engagement that follows. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
When you visit the site. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs for security and reliability. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.
Who processes data on our behalf
We use a small number of service providers, each under a data processing agreement:
- MailerLite (email list and delivery of the free tools), based in the EU
- Calendly (call scheduling)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Hostinger (website hosting, EU data center)
Our community, Beyond the Hour, runs on Skool. If you join, Skool processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy; joining is entirely optional and happens on Skool’s platform, not ours.
International transfers
Calendly and Stripe store some data on servers in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Copies of the relevant data processing agreements are available from the providers or from us on request.
How long we keep data
Email subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus a short technical deletion period. Booking and correspondence records: for the duration of our contact and up to two years after, unless an engagement follows. Invoices and payment records: seven years, as required by Dutch tax law. Server logs: per the hosting provider’s standard retention.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or hand it over in a portable format. Write to hello@judsonrollins.com and we’ll respond within one month. You can also withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis.
If you believe we’ve handled your data badly, you have the right to complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or to the authority in your own EU country.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be flagged to email subscribers.
